Roasted Chickpeas


These roasted chickpeas make such a delicious and healthy snack! They're perfectly seasoned, a bit spicy, and super easy to prepare.

    I made mine from dried in the instant pot. Used cumin, turmeric, garlic powder, chili powder, salt and pepper. After roasting them I turned off the oven and let them sit in the hot oven for another 15-20 minutes and they got really crunchy! Delicious snack!

    Will try in the air fryer as the oven version was not very crispy. Next time I will let them air dry after I towel dry them. Maybe that will help.

    I put this in the air fryer on 350 degrees & did the olive oil thing right away...only had to cook for 15 min and it was perfect 🧡

    These did not turn out for me. Just did not get crispy in the oven. I think an air fryer would work better.
